Health and Safety at Work Act (UK 1974)
Health and Safety at Work Act (UK 1974) is the primary legislation covering safe working environment for employees. Under it there are a number of regulations. Asante OHS works within them, and helps employers meet the duties they create.
The Isle of Man Government, Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture (DEFA) are currently undertaking a review of the Health and Safety at Work (Amendment) Order 2025 to ensure that legislation is reviewed and updated to align with UK.
